IQI Process

Successfully pass the highest exam as noted in the table above
2. Apply for IQI Status
Submit a request via our Operations Team (education@infoblox.com), providing a detailed resume/CV for review
3. Perform Virtual Teach-Back Session
Request the sample curriculum package for self-study and preparation
Schedule and deliver a virtual teach-back, in English, with Infoblox Education IQI
If the virtual teach-back is successful, the candidate will be granted access to the complete curriculum package for delivery
If the virtual teach-back is not successful, the Infoblox Education IQI will provide detailed feedback, and the candidate can schedule another virtual teach-back when ready (subject to availability)
4. Perform Evaluation Co-Teach Session
Review feedback from the virtual teach-back, and prepare for an Evaluation Co-Teach with a complete courseware package (lead time is a minimum of 30 days)
Work with Infoblox Education to arrange a date/time/location for the Evaluation Co-Teach to take place
Candidates must deliver all modules, with minimal support from the Infoblox Representative (may be an Infoblox Trainer or a principal/senior Infoblox Technical resource)
Infoblox Representative will provide a daily review of the candidate’s performance (if required)
At completion of the class, the candidate will be provided a detailed summary of their performance, including areas/topics requiring improvement and a final pass/fail outcome
If the candidate fails, a corrective action plan will be provided within 7 business days
If the candidate passes, the candidate will be approved to deliver the respective subject
If the candidate is actively delivering live training courses for another technology vendor, Infoblox may waive the requirement to complete an Evaluation Co-Teach.
