Hands-On Labs

We improved the functionality of our Hands-On labs. Labs are now available for up to 28 days*, and you can select multiple lab types (for NIOS, Universal DDI/Threat Defense, and NetMRI).

* Labs unused for more than 7 days will be removed.

Infoblox Portal Tenants

New Infoblox Portal tenants have been updated with new licenses. Tenants now deploy with the following licenses:

• IB-SUB-B1TD-ECO / BloxOne Ecosystem for BloxOne Threat Defense

• IB-SUB-THREAT-ADV / BloxOne Threat Defense (Advanced)

• IB-SUB-THREAT-SOC-ASEC / SOC Insights

• IB-TOKENS-UDDI-MGMT-1000 / Infoblox Universal DDI Management Tokens (1000)

• IB-TOKENS-UDDI-REPORTING-40 / Infoblox Universal DDI Reporting Tokens (40)

• IB-TOKENS-UDDI-SERV-500 / Infoblox Universal DDI Servers Tokens (500)

Infoblox Portal tenants can now be more easily accessed under the Hands-On Labs tab within Launchpad.

If you have an older tenant and wish to terminate it early so you can access the new licenses, please contact education@infoblox.com with your Tenant ID. Please note, if your tenant is terminated, all configuration and data will be lost.

Launchpad Notifications

Launchpad now has in-app notifications enabled. You’ll find notifications in the top right corner under the Notifications icon.

In-app notifications will be provided for the following items:

Announcements Important and ad-hoc messages from Infoblox Education.
Path Almost Complete Reminder to complete the learning path after 14 days of no progress with at least 75% of activities completed.
Enrollment Approval Notification when any enrollments that require approval have been approved.
New Followed Topic Content Notification when new content is added to a topic that you follow.
Award Notifications Notification when you receive an award (badge or certificate) for completing an activity or exam.

Threat Defense

We released an update to our Threat Defense learning. The main focus of this release was to ensure our labs were back up and running. The available courseware and lab guides will take you through the common tasks of configuring and administering the Threat Defense solution. Over the next few months, we will expand these resources, offering more in-depth content and advanced learning modules to ensure users can maximize the solution's benefits.

NIOS Operations

Our updated on-demand NIOS Operations courseware is now available. It features a refreshed design, a new voiceover, visible video transcripts beneath each video, and supplementary notes for most sections that provide additional detail and guidance!
