DDI Associate and DDI Professional Revamp

DDI Associate and DDI Professional have now been updated so that any associate content completed within the DDI Professional path will apply towards the completion of the DDI Associate path. The same content present in either path will not have to be completed more than once. New notes have also been added to both paths for additional content for reviewing key concepts.
